About Twin Lakes Twin Lakes Conference Center and Summer Camp has been a ministry of First Presbyterian Church (PCA) in Jackson, Mississippi since 1970. Twin Lakes was established to provide a center for the spiritual nourishment and physical relaxation of its membership, their families, friends and guests as well as others outside of their church with like motives. The church intends to also establish programs to further God's kingdom.
Through Twin Lakes, First Presbyterian Church strives to be an outreach by: 1.)
Providing a setting for individual churches and parachurch groups to have retreats, conferences and seminars for their spiritual growth.
2.) Providing a summer camp experience for children of other churches. 3.) Sponsoring conferences and seminars for other churches and parachurch organizations.
