Mark Magee - Executive Director
Mark, a native Mississippian, was born and raised in Prentiss, MS. He graduated from Mississippi State University with B.S. degrees in Parks and Recreation and Business. Prior to his association with Twin Lakes, Mark worked in management with the Jackson YMCA for fifteen years. He joined the staff of Twin Lakes as Executive Director in 1990. Mark and his wife Pam are members of First Presbyterian Church. Their daughter Holly and son Robert are both married and live close by. In addition to leading the ministry of Twin Lakes, Mark currently enjoys spending time with his grandchildren - Avery, Mallory, and Will.
Erin Bennett- Administrative Assistant
A native of Florence, MS, Erin's first work experience began at Twin Lakes in 2002. Now a wife to Brian and a mother to Brileigh and Micah, she is excited to be returning to Twin Lakes as a full-time staff member in May of 2017. Camp has always had a special place in her heart. She takes immense joy in knowing that the efforts put forth in the ministry of Twin Lakes will have an eternal purpose. Erin and her family are active members at Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Florence, MS.
Thomas Callen - Assistant Camp Director
Thomas grew up in the small town of Laurel, MS. He graduated from Belhaven University and is currently finishing his master's degree at Reformed Theological Seminary in Jackson. He is no stranger to Twin Lakes in that he worked many summers on summer staff before coming on as full-time staff in September of 2018. Thomas and his wife Kimber met each other as counselors during the summer of 2009. Thomas, Kimber, and their two children, Copeland and Eleanor, now live on site while serving Twin Lakes. They are members of Trinity Presbyterian Church (P.C.A.) in Jackson, where he also serves as worship leader.
Shannon Craft- Conference Group Registrar and Administrative Assistant
Shannon is from right here in Florence, MS. She joined the Twin Lakes family in August of 2014 as Reservationist. Before coming to Twin Lakes, Shannon spent many years working in the church office of First Presbyterian Church. She has been married to her husband, Doug, for 23 years. They are the busy parents of four teenagers, Colton, Cortlin, Carson, and Cannon. Shannon and her family attend Hickory Ridge Baptist Church in Florence.
Grayson Erwin - Hosting Director and Program Director
Grayson is from Harrisville, MS but now lives at Twin Lakes where he supervises the hosting of guest groups during the conference season and also helps plan the program for Twin Lakes Summer Camp. Grayson fell in love with camp ministry after serving on our summer staff in 2011. After graduating from Mississippi State University in Wildlife and Fisheries, Grayson began serving on full-time staff and accepted his role as Hosting and Program Director in March of 2016. He considers it a blessing to serve in camping ministry where God had such a profound impact upon his life. Grayson attends and is involved at Harrisville Baptist Church in Harrisville, MS.
Andrew Vincent - Summer Camp Director
Andrew has served in his present role at Twin Lakes since August of 2000. Planning and directing all aspects of the summer camp program as well as managing design, video and print materials for promotional purposes are the focus of his attention within the overall ministry of the camp and conference center. Andrew spent his pre-college years in French Camp, MS where his love for camping ministry and music began. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music from the University of Mississippi, where he graduated in 1999 before marrying his beautiful wife. Andrew and Michelle have three precious children, Ethan, Anna and Allison. They are also members of Lakeland Presbyterian Church (P.C.A.), in Brandon, MS where he has also served as Choral Coordinator since May of 2007.
